1. General Information
Our application is an integration tool that helps users manage their online stores across e-commerce platforms.
We use OAuth authorization only, and access permissions are granted explicitly by the user during this process.
2. Data Collection and Usage
We collect and process data only under the following conditions:
- Data that users explicitly authorize through OAuth (such as product information, orders, or customer data).
- Basic user information necessary for the application to function (such as store name, access token, authentication details).
- No data is ever transferred or shared with third parties or other platforms without the user’s explicit consent.
3. Data Transfer Between Platforms
When a user connects multiple platforms (e.g., Shopify and Etsy) through our application, the user is deemed to have accepted the data transfer and synchronization between those platforms.
In this case, data transfer occurs strictly within the scope of the user’s explicit connections.
4. Security
- All connections are secured via SSL (HTTPS).
- We never have access to users’ passwords, as all authentication is handled via OAuth.
- Access tokens are stored securely and are used only for authorized API requests.
5. Data Retention
All OAuth tokens and user data are permanently deleted once the user disconnects their store or deletes their account.
We do not retain any personal data beyond the operational necessity.
6. User Rights
Users have the right to:
- Request deletion of their data,
- Revoke OAuth connections,
- Modify access permissions at any time.
